Every claim, classified. Every touch, on the record.

This command center reads the same 21-column unpaid-claims report your team already runs, applies your own action codes and follow-up windows, and turns thousands of spreadsheet rows into a ranked morning work queue, per client or across the whole book. And it does the thing a spreadsheet never will: it records who touched each claim, when, what changed, and why, so unnecessary touches and untouched claims surface automatically instead of by spot-check.

How it works

1Reads your report, as-isSame columns, same action codes, same completion rule (blank code + zero balance = done). One combined report across all clients; the dashboard splits it per client automatically.
2Applies your follow-up timersRES 14 days, CPE 30, CRO 30 from primary paid, APP 60, PAY 14. Claims inside their window wait quietly. The moment one crosses its window it moves to Work Now, ranked by dollars.
3Catches what falls throughBalances with no action code, claims aging toward timely filing, and review codes nobody has decided on. Each line explains in plain English why it is in the queue.
4Creates the audit trailEvery action is logged with user, date, status change, and reason. Touches with no status change and no documented reason get flagged automatically. The team scorecard shows who is advancing claims and who is padding activity.

A touch that changes a claim status (or documents a reason) is productive work. Touches with no status change and no note are flagged. This is the check you currently do by hand on ~20 claims; here it runs on every claim, every day.
